1、完善招投标管(guan)理制度
为有(you)效防(fang)范招(zhao)投标(biao)过程中可能出现的商业(ye)贿赂和不正当交易(yi)行为,公司进一步完善了招(zhao)标(biao)管理制(zhi)度。2023年5月,公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司推(tui)出《山东(dong)齐鲁漆(qi)业有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司招(zhao)(zhao)标(biao)管理办法》,秉持“公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)平(ping)、公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)正(zheng)(zheng)、公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)开(kai)(kai)、透明(ming)”的(de)原则对招(zhao)(zhao)标(biao)进行(xing)(xing)统一管理与(yu)(yu)全(quan)程(cheng)(cheng)监(jian)控(kong),严(yan)格要求按招(zhao)(zhao)标(biao)管理制度进行(xing)(xing)招(zhao)(zhao)标(biao)考(kao)察、发标(biao)和(he)评标(biao)。操作层面上,公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司将采购(gou)招(zhao)(zhao)标(biao)分成技(ji)术(shu)标(biao)和(he)商务标(biao)两个标(biao)的(de),由公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司不同部门(men)以及专门(men)负(fu)责(ze)物资采购(gou)的(de)供应部负(fu)责(ze)执行(xing)(xing)。招(zhao)(zhao)标(biao)结果依据技(ji)术(shu)标(biao)及商务标(biao)得分综合考(kao)虑,合理低价者中标(biao)。公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司与(yu)(yu)所有(you)参与(yu)(yu)招(zhao)(zhao)投(tou)标(biao)的(de)供应商签署“公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)平(ping)交易承(cheng)诺(nuo)书”,并(bing)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)布举(ju)报(bao)电话,确保招(zhao)(zhao)投(tou)标(biao)全(quan)流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)开(kai)(kai)透明(ming)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)平(ping)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)正(zheng)(zheng)。
2、加强供应商(shang)管理

2023年(nian)(nian)5月,公司(si)发出“绿色(se)(se)办(ban)(ban)(ban)公、低(di)(di)碳(tan)(tan)生(sheng)活(huo)(huo)”的(de)(de)倡(chang)(chang)议,通过向员工倡(chang)(chang)导50条(tiao)简单易行的(de)(de)办(ban)(ban)(ban)公生(sheng)活(huo)(huo)方式来推动员工将环保、绿色(se)(se)、低(di)(di)碳(tan)(tan)理念落实到(dao)日(ri)常的(de)(de)工作和生(sheng)活(huo)(huo)之中。对(dui)(dui)于办(ban)(ban)(ban)公用品的(de)(de)采购,公司(si)依据“绿色(se)(se)产(chan)品”标(biao)准择优购买达(da)标(biao)产(chan)品。制定了(le)具体(ti)的(de)(de)节能降耗(hao)的(de)(de)指标(biao)并将其列入了(le)各(ge)部门的(de)(de)年(nian)(nian)度(du)目标(biao)责任书中,要求针对(dui)(dui)共同能源(水、电、气、热(re))的(de)(de)消耗(hao)必须(xu)达(da)到(dao)逐年(nian)(nian)同期递减。依据各(ge)项目的(de)(de)不同特点要求的(de)(de)量化指标(biao)不一,每季度(du)对(dui)(dui)此进(jin)行考核。
