1. Product characteristics.
QLU-3046 adopts imported water-based epoxy resin, high quality solvent, BYK ( BYK ) additives, conductive filler, imported curing agent products and other raw materials, refined through advanced technology, is a high solid content, low viscosity two-component flooring materials. qlu-3046 has excellent adhesion and electrical conductivity.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
Blending quartz powder into epoxy putty to improve the strength, flatness and good electrical conductivity of floor coating.
(2) Construction requirements.
Mixing: During storage, component A may be slightly precipitated, so mix component A well before mixing.
Construction method: scraping construction
Reference dosage: 0.10 - 2.0kg/m² (surface resistance must reach 1.0×106) or less.
Construction conditions: water content should be less than 8%, relative humidity should be less than 55%, and construction should be avoided on rainy days or when the relative humidity is higher than 8.5%, or when the temperature is below 10℃.
3. Caution.
Sealed storage: in a cool and ventilated place, moisture-proof and sun-proof.

 This product is a chemical, swallowing is harmful or fatal, if swallowed should immediately seek medical advice. If splashed in the eyes accidentally, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately in serious cases.
